As people would say there is always two said to a story, And people always look at situation in different aspect while some look at it and say nothing is wrong. But in life you can never know about a person situation until you actually find yourself in there position.
Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster will be out on the street in less than 60 days if Usher wants it that way, and she’s totally freaked out.
Sources stated, the couple who’s trying to settle a nasty custody dispute is deadlocked in mediation, and the biggest bone of contention is Usher’s Georgia mansion.
Tameka’s currently living there but under the divorce settlement Usher can sell the property whenever he wants … as long as he gives her a 60-day heads up.We’re told Tameka fears Usher is going to pull the trigger leaving her buried in legal debt with no place to live — so she’s asking him for a permanent home for her and Usher’s kids.Usher’s response no way, no how. He says he’s already paid her enough.And that’s why judges are in business. The trial continues later this month.

Chris just released a new freestyle over Kanye West‘s “Way Too Cold (Theraflu)” track that has a few lines that may (or may not) be directed towards his former flame Rihanna.
In the freestyle verse, Brown raps:
“Don’t f**k with my old bitches … like a bad fur … every industry n**ga done had her … trick or treat like a pumpkin… just to smash her … bitch is breaking codes … but I’m the password”
Rihanna must have caught wind of the new track, and was pretty quick too, because shortly after the song hit the Internet, Rihanna unfollowed Chris on Twitter and tweetgrammed a photo that read, “Take that thumb out of your ass.” (Sidenote: She deleted that tweet before we were able to get a screengrab)
Responding to the perceived, though not confirmed, offense Rihanna took to the alleged “diss” … Chris Brown tweeted this morning:
Assumptions! I didn’t say any names so if u took offense to it then its something you feel guilty about.
Chris has since unfollowed Rihanna on Twitter … and so far, there has been no comment from neither Chris nor Rihanna’s reps.
The timing of the alleged diss is ironic too, considering Rihanna just wished Chris Brown a Happy Birthday last Saturday (May 5):

He told reporters in Berlin yesterday that “if anybody can find someone to love them and to help them through this difficult thing that we call life, I support that in any shape or form”.
Still, Smith says the president’s support for gay marriage was a “brave” move in an election year.The actor is in Berlin to promote his new film, Men in Black III, that premiered in Germany yesterday.

Regardless of some of the film’s weaker points, it is evident that Madonna has talent as a director (was it all those years spent married to Guy Ritchie?). And so, even if the box office revenue does not reflect it, Madonna does have a place in the film industry. To borrow a line from the movie in which Wally explains her enthrallment with Wallis: “The whole world turned against her, but she never backed down.” It’s an utterance that could have been extracted from Madonna’s own biography.

Kelly Clarkson has released for her fans the official mastered version of "What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)" - The Jorgen Elofsson co-written pop/rock number - he penned Britney's classics "Sometimes" and "Crazy", is rumored to become Kelly's second single from her fith album "Stronger" (October 24th). "What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)" is an upbeat empowering song and it's freakin' amazing! It sounds even hotter now in its mastered edit! The bridge is everything! After showing us a more mellow/subdued Kelly in "Mr Know It All", I think this track would be a clever follow-up.

Making It Work As A Mother Of Four
Getting married is one thing, and doing so while becoming a stepmother is another. Elizabeth Hurley is juggling it all with not one, not two... but THREE new kids.
How did you prep for your wedding day? Now that Elizabeth Hurley is engaged to Shane Warne, she has her hands full -- not simply with picking out a wedding dress or handling seating charts for the reception.
The Gossip Girl bombshell has taken on the role of stepmother to Warne's children.
"I've added three more children [to my life]," said Hurley to People at Monday's Breast Cancer Research Foundation's Hot Pink Party in New York City.
Though already a mother to her 10-year-old son, Damian, she admits that there's a huge difference between handling one child and taking care of four!
Hurley added, "I'm learning to be a stepmother to three extra children, so that keeps me running around and on my toes."
The expanded family, among other things, has kept the couple from planning the ceremony -- but they're not necessarily in a rush.
"We haven't actually managed to arrange a wedding yet," she noted. "But it's definitely in the pipeline."
At the event which honored the late Evelyn Lauder, a tireless breast cancer activist who died in November, Elton John performed a few of his iconic hits. He is Hurley's longtime friend and godfather to Damian.
"He's always been a wonderful godfather with my son," she reflected. "I've seen him with his son and he does indeed change diapers. He's very hands-on and a natural parent. Elton's always been incredibly kind, gentle and loving.

The Kim Kardashian/Kris Humphries divorce battle heated up in court on Friday.
The former couple’s attorneys went head-to-head over Kardashian’s contention that Humphries is dragging out the divorce proceedings with less-than-genuine intentions.
“I feel that (Humphries’) personal feelings and maybe some media drive is keeping this case alive,” Kardashian’s lawyer Laura Wasser reportedly told the judge.
Wasser also pointed out that the duo have now “been separated longer than they’ve been married.”
As she urged the judge to force the case to move forward, Humphries attorney Marshall Waller insisted his team needed more time to investigate and decide whether they will claim the 72-day union was a fraud.
Key witnesses will likely be deposed in the coming weeks, he told the judge.
If the case proceeds to trial and Kardashian wins, Wasser requested that the New Jersey Nets player pay her attorney fees.
Neither star appeared in court, and the next hearing was set for August 15, according to the Associated Press.
As previously reported, Kardashian filed for divorce on October 31, one month before Humphries filed for an annulment based on fraud.
William and Kate will not have help at Kensington Palace
Prince William and Duchess Catherine have decided they want to go ahead living a simple married life.
According to The Telegraph, Kate no longer wants to have a servant, who would serve as housekeeper and dresser, to assist her in their new apartment in Kensington Palace.
The couple’s private secretary is reportedly responsible for advertising for the help without “fully consulting” with the couple.
“It was a precipitous move on my part,” Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton said. “It is the first time I have worked for a lady [in this role], so we are still working out what structures and infrastructures are needed.”
He continued, “The post of housekeeper-dresser is being put on hold because we don’t think there is a requirement for it, given that the couple are living a farmhouse lifestyle.”
But still, Lowther-Pinkerton doesn’t fully count it out in the future.
“We’ll just see how it pans out over the course of this year,” he added.
William and Kate currently live in Anglesey in North Wales. They currently receive no help, and they once expressed the desire to live without it. According to The Sun, it is because they are a “modern couple.”

Wait, what?!
“The country star appears to be following in the footsteps of another female country singer, Dolly Parton, and enhanced her breasts,” HollywoodLife quotes a so-called “expert” as saying.
“It’s pretty obvious that’s she’s had breast enhancement. It looks very nice and proportional,” claim another alleged source.
Of course, none of these supposed doctors have seen Swift in person, much less held a private consultation with her over her cup size.
Still, that doesn’t stop the silly site from repeating the baseless speculation that the singer increased her chest size “from a small A to a striking C.”
There’s just one BIG problem.

Another day, another risqué outfit for Rihanna.
The “We Found Love” singer was spotted going out to dinner in New York City on Sunday wearing a see-through mesh top… without a bra.
Rihanna, who had just returned from performing at Brad Pitt’s Make It Right Foundation gala in New Orleans, surely raised a few eyebrows as she dined at the upscale restaurant Da Silvano with her nipples on display.
The singer claims the top was only transparent because of the paparazzi’s flashes.
Actually, it seems like the paparazzi just happened to be where she was flashing.

Anna Wintour is apparently not a fan of Kim Kardashian: The Vogue editor reportedly banned the reality star from attending the 2012 Met Gala. Burn.
We were surprised when Kanye West showed up to the 2012 Met Gala sans new girlfriend Kim Kardashian. The reality star and media mogul claimed she had business to tend to in Los Angeles, but sources at RadarOnline are calling B.S.The (alleged) truth? Vogue HBIC Anna Wintour wouldn't allow her to come!
"Anna hates Kim," a source told the website. "Why would she be invited to the event? It is all the biggest stars in the world and Kim doesn’t fit that bill at all.""She would of done anything to be there with all the A-listers," the source added. Of course she would have — Kim would show up to the opening of an envelope if it meant getting media attention.
At least she can still hold out for a Vogue cover, right? Nope!
"Anna Wintour would allow Kim Kardashian on the cover of Vogue over her dead body," the spy said "As long as Anna in charge you will NOT see Kim on Vogue."
Kim didn't mention any trouble when she posted her picks for best dressed at the gala on her official blog.

Brad Pitt Angry at Angelina Jolie For Getting “Leg” Up on Him at Oscars?
Angelina Jolie’s right leg has become one of the most powerful forces in nature since its frequent appearances at last month’s Oscars, and now it’s a central part of the two most persistent tabloid rumors about Jolie – that she’s pregnant, and that she fights constantly with Brad Pitt.
As they reported, some webloids are (absurdly) insisting that Jolie put her leg on full display to distract from her alleged pregnancy.
Now Star magazine claims her “leggy stance” was a source of tension with Pitt.
“They got into a huge argument about it,” a “source” tells the tab, explaining, “Usually Brad isn’t the jealous type, but he wasn’t happy that everyone was focusing on Angelina’s sexy pose.”
According to Star, Pitt effectively shamed Jolie into submission by reminding her that the red carpet really should have been a forum to discuss important matters like his Best Actor nomination.
“The disagreement ended the very next day – when a sheepish Angie admitted she may have gotten a little carried away,” writes the magazine.
Uh-huh.
We’re still waiting to hear about how “sheepish” Star was after wrongly publishing a cover story in January proclaiming that Jolie was heading to rehab.
In any case, sources close to the couple tell us the tabloid’s tale of a Pitt-Jolie fight about her Oscars outfit is “100 percent inaccurate.”
Michelle Obama to Honor Taylor Swift at Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards
First Lady Michelle Obama will honor Taylor Swift at the Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday.
Mrs. Obama is set to present the singer with The Big Help Award at the 25th annual event, hosted this year by Will Smith.
The award recognizes people who have made a major impact through their charitable endeavors.
Last May, Swift raised more than $750,000 for tornado relief when she opened the final dress rehearsal for her “Speak Now” tour to fans.
She’s been active with a number of other charities, including Habitat for Humanity and The Make-a-Wish Foundation.
MAG: Kardashian Sisters “Ditching Their Monster Mom”
The Kardashians are “ditching their monster mom!” announces the cover of In Touch, which claims Kim, Kourtney and Khloe are “fed up” with Kris Jenner’s “controlling ways.”
The mag says that on April 22, the momager threw a party at New York’s Villa Parci to celebrate the family’s $40 million deal with E!, but Kim and Khloe ditched the event because they’re furious with their mom for constantly interfering in their lives.
According to an “eyewitness” for the tab, “Khloe left abruptly before the festivities started and Kim skipped it altogether,” and Jenner was “visibly shaken and in tears” over her daughters’ absence.
Jenner allegedly took her hurt feelings out on Kourtney, and “started a fight with her about how she was raising her little son, Mason,” says the so-called “witness.”
In Touch goes on to allege that Khloe and Lamar Odom are “barely speaking to her” because she supposedly cares more about their spinoff show than their personal happiness.
A purported family friend explains, “Khloe has told Kris time and again that her marriage is her priority, not her fame — but Kris doesn’t seem to listen.”
And as for Kim, the tabloid says she’s banishing Jenner from her business decisions, quoting the so-called pal as saying she’s “cutting Kris out” of her renewed contract as a spokesperson for Tao.
Of course, all the mag’s claims about the Kardashians’ getting frustrated with Jenner seem plausible, and their squabbles with her are a continuing source of drama on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
But, if things were really as awful as In Touch reports, then why wouldn’t they simply fire Jenner as their manager — or distance themselves from her by quitting the familys’ reality shows?
Exactly.
A real Kardashian insider tells us that all is well with Jenner and her daughters.
And the matriarch herself has even slammed the “ridiculous” tabloid story, writing on her blog, “I never threw a party anywhere on April 22nd,” adding, “My daughters and I have an amazing relationship and I feel like the luckiest mom in the world to spend such quality time with all my kids and my grandson!”

The entire process was quite easy for her altogether."I was on tour until I was six-and-a-half months pregnant. I didn't really blow up until I was like eight-and-a-half months," she said of her pregnancy.
However, her role in What to Expect When You're Expecting has opened up new motherhood possibilities for her.
"Before the movie, I never really thought about adoption at all and I was so focused on having my own and it took me awhile to have my own. But after the film and during the making of the film, I held those two little Ethiopian twins and you fall in love instantly… It really occurred to me, I can see how somebody can do this."

Britney Spears Signs 'The X Factor' Judging Deal For $15 Million
It's official,
The website is exclusively reporting thatBritney Spears signed a $15 million contract this week to join Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid on "The X Factor" judges panel for Season 2. Rumors first surfaced about Spears joining the show in early March.
"The contract is signed," a source close to Spears told E! exclusively. "It's all completed and Britney is beyond excited ... She is excited about showing the world that she can do this, and do this well. This is the perfect next stage in her career. Both Britney and Simon are very excited to work together."
It was also reported recently that former Disney stars (and tabloid regulars), Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato, are also up for "The X Factor" judges seats that became available after Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger were ousted.
Fergie shut down rumors that she was judging "The X Factor" in Season 2, as did Janet Jackson. It was also confirmed that LeAnn Rimes was in talks to be a potential new judge.
Fox has yet to confirm any news about Spears, Cyrus, Lovato or Rimes, nor has the network named a new host -- or hosts -- that will be taking the stage in Season 2 after Steve Jones was dropped along with Abdul and Scherzinger. "Glee" star Darren Criss recently shut down rumors about hosting the show, while George Clooney's current love interest, former wrestler Stacy Kiebler, is said to be in talks to host as well.
Fox is expected to announce the final details of "The X Factor" Season 2 by the time the network announces its fall schedule on Monday at the annual upfronts presentation.
