Kim Kardashian Denied Invite To The Party 'voila'

Anna Wintour is apparently not a fan of Kim Kardashian: The Vogue editor reportedly banned the reality star from attending the 2012 Met Gala. Burn.

We were surprised when Kanye West showed up to the 2012 Met Gala sans new girlfriend Kim Kardashian. The reality star and media mogul claimed she had business to tend to in Los Angeles, but sources at RadarOnline are calling B.S.

The (alleged) truth? Vogue HBIC Anna Wintour wouldn't allow her to come!

"Anna hates Kim," a source told the website. "Why would she be invited to the event? It is all the biggest stars in the world and Kim doesn’t fit that bill at all."

Kim could have bought a ticket, right? Sports Illustrated cover girl Kate Upton ponied up the cash to get inside when she wasn't invited. That wouldn't have mattered in Kim's case, according to the source. "The Met Gala is $25,000 a ticket, but Kim can’t even buy her way in, Anna Wintour does NOT want her there!"
"She would of done anything to be there with all the A-listers," the source added. Of course she would have — Kim would show up to the opening of an envelope if it meant getting media attention.
At least she can still hold out for a Vogue cover, right? Nope!
"Anna Wintour would allow Kim Kardashian on the cover of Vogue over her dead body," the spy said "As long as Anna in charge you will NOT see Kim on Vogue."

Kim didn't mention any trouble when she posted her picks for best dressed at the gala on her official blog.
"I love to see all of the amazing fashions each year in New York at the MET Gala!" she wrote. "This year my favorites were Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady, Renee Zellweger, Jessica Alba, Hilary Swank, Cameron Diaz, Lala Anthony and my ultimate favorite… Karolina Kurkova! Hands down the most gorgeous look of the night!"
Admit it: You're just as pleased as we are that Kim wasn't invited to the party. We're just surprised Kanye didn't throw a fit about his woman not being there.
